The objective of this division is to diligently supervise the normativity of the company within the parameters established by law, as well as to detect the efficiency and quality of labor management including the human aspect.
Once the deficiencies and errors have been detected, a work plan (AMX plan) is devised, prepared and followed through.
This division is also in charge of providing the company with all legal documentation it requires, such as: contracts, payment receipts, regulations, controls, etc. adapting it to the specific needs of the company.
